My name is Indira. I am passionate about People & Leadership Transformation and Environmental Awareness. I actively contribute to several professional communities, including the HR Migas Community (Core Team), ICF Jakarta Charter Chapter (Committee Member), and International Association of Facilitators (IAF) Indonesia Chapter (Former Committee Member). I am also the founder of Reflective Growth and Srikandi Coaches & Associates.

With more than 20 years of experience in Human Resources, I have worked across various industries in both local and multinational companies. My experience includes serving as a strategic advisor and business partner to operational leaders in managing people-related matters and organizational development initiatives.
